CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.
If you require a refund to your prepaid booking – contact us.
Please be aware of our last minute cancellation policy.
Failure to give timely notice will incur a late cancellation fee:
Less than four hours notice of cancellation: 50% of your session cost
Less than two hours notice of cancellation: 100% of your session cost
For non-prepaid bookings, please bear in mind that we are unlikely to be able to fill slots at short notice and that our costs remain the same if you do not come – we greatly appreciate you letting us know:
As soon as you know that you are unable to make a booked slot
Preferably at least by the previous evening if you are able
If your experience with any of our massages is unsatisfactory to you, please let us know immediately and we will find a solution for you.
